I have the DS708 and am trying to program a new key for a 2009 Dodge Ram pickup.  I can access the module but there is no option for key programming or anything related.  I can view live data, see how many keys are in the system but cannot find an option for programming new keys.  This unit was purchased for the purpose of key programming as it was advertised and states in the Vehicle Coverage sheets that it can do this for most vehicles.  I have tried it on a 2011 Ford Fiesta, 2010 Ford Fusion, 2001 Ford F150, 2001 SAAB, 2001 Toyota Highlander and a 2001 Ford Taurus.  Only the 2001 Taurus was able to program new keys.  Communication errors were given or the option for programming was not found.  On the Fords I used different equipment to program the keys after attempting with the DS708 so I know there were no communication errors on the systems.  Any assistance in this issue would be greatly appreciated.  All vehicles were in the US.

 Yes,  I went under the BCM/WCM/MISC.  WCM is also the module for TPMS and the only selections under misc relating to TPMS, program tire sensors, reset sensors, etc...

 Thanks for the reply.  I have contacted tech support leaving a message by phone, sent an email and also submitted a request online all of which I am waiting to hear back on.  I even updated to the latest Chrysler software in case a fix had been implemented.

 What is the path that you went to access the SKIM module?  Body -> WCM/TPSM.  Also were you connected to the vehicle when accessing this module or is this looking it up offline (not connected to the actual vehicle).
